•Gracy always responded in a timely manner, and she set up a viewing that same week working around my messed up schedule. Showed me the property, had read everything available on the property and or knew where to look for answers, answered my questions and got right back to me promptly with answers to a couple of questions that she had to extract from the selling agent at his convenience. Seemed to have a good knowledge of property values, agreed what I decided for my offer was fair for the condition and she got back to me within a few hours to inform me the offer was accepted and I closed 24 days later, Gracy verified I had the check and all the paperwork I needed, reviewed everything I needed a few days before to make sure there were no issues and she showed up for the closing and made sure everything on our end went smoothly. Would definitely use her again in the future
