She was very helpful in getting us out home. We lived in El Paso Texas while looking for houses in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. She made the experience easier on our part. Doing video tour with us also being there while the home inspector was doing there job. She helped make the paperwork smooth as possible. Dave was great to work with. He came up with an out of the box idea that would entice the sale of our home. And it worked. Dave is a great communicator and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. We even had a water issue at our home that we were unable to make it back to rectify, but he was quick to make himself available to handle the situation.
