She was great
Karen went above and beyond. Could get a hold of her anytime day or night. When my husband was in the hospital, she went to inspection for us. A very fair and honest I would recommend Karen to anyone

Very Knowledgeable, Personable, Energetic and Hardworking

First time home buying
When I contacted Karen to become our realtor, she warmly welcomed us and immediately asked about our preferences, dislikes, must-haves, and deal breakers. From that point on, she stayed in regular contact, updating us through the home portal about properties we liked. As first-time homebuyers, we found the process overwhelming, but Karen noticed this and advised us to take breaks and process each home so it wouldn't be too much at once. When dealing with the new build sales rep, Karen stepped in to ask the questions we didn't think of, which was very reassuring. She attended every showing and walkthrough promptly and punctually. The closing was smooth, and we are now happily settled in our new home, grateful for her support.

Highly Recommended Agent
