•We hired Alan to sell our cabin in Mt Lemmon after taking it off the market because we originally signed with another company that did very little to market and show our property. I wanted to wait until spring but Alan was persistent in asking us to give him a chance to sell, he felt confident that he could. And sure enough, he sold it within 2 weeks with a full price offer! Then we asked him to help us find a rental home, again, I thought I would have to wait for prices to go back down but he found us a great house. There was a few offers on the house but he worked it out and we got the house! He is a real go getter and we are happy to have him as our realtor! Would highly recommend his services!
