When I moved to Green Valley 3 years ago, I only had a weekend to find a home. My previous home out of state had sold very quickly and I was going to be homeless if I didn't move fast. Mr. Huerta met me at the airport with a portfolio of homes meeting my criteria in hand. He listened to what was important to me, was very knowledgeable of the area, and actually made the hunt for the perfect house fun. By the time my plane left Arizona, I had a beautiful new home with a gorgeous view of the Santa Rita mountains. The house was way more than I had envisioned. He made the whole process quick and easy. I couldn't be happier!

Wow! Ronnie made buying a home such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Ronnie was professional and personal! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage company. This made it really easy to move into our new home in less than 45 days. Very professional, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend.

We met at an open house he was hosting and he was knowledgeable about the areas we were most interested in. Our criteria for what we were looking for was pretty flexable so it was hard to narrow our search down but Ronnie was persistent, without any pressure, in sending us properties to look at and willing to go by and video ones we were interested in to save us the 400 mile round trip to physically look at places. He was very helpful in resolving some issues that needed to be addressed to close the deal on our purchase and we were still able to close quickly in spite of the difficulty in scheduling and parts problems. Best of all he was very easy to get a hold of and responds quickly and follows through with questions and info. I'm happy to recommend his services.

We met Ronnie at an open house he was hosting and he was instantly helpful and ready to show us some other properties. We had a wide range of requirements for property that were difficult to make tangible but Ronnie kept diligently working to find something that worked for us. Once we found property we liked he was very thourogh about making things progress as smoothly as possible. He is always available or quick to respond to questions or concerns, so no frustrating waiting for answers. We highly recommend his services.

We met Ronnie at an Open House he was hosting, and so glad we did. We looked at a lot of houses over a 6 week period and Ronnie was alway patient and professional. It’s probably always challenging working w/ a husband/wife team who see different attributes in a house. But everything went relatively smooth and Ronnie was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He made the whole process about as painless as it gets, since buying a home can be quite stressful. Thanks Ronnie, and we would highly recommend you!

Mr. Huerta was there with us every step of the way along our journey to become first time homeowners. It took some time and he was very patient looking into several homes for quite some time. He did not hesitate to answer questions whenever we asked, no matter what time of the day. He reached out to the listing agent regarding issues associated with the property, did the leg work of getting quotes for various needed work and in the end helped make my dream a reality. I associate several words with Mr. Huerta...advocate, persistent, helpful, courteous, positive, strong, caring, professional and SOLD!!!! Thank you for all your help Mr. Huerta, we are forever grateful to you.
