We met at an open house he was hosting and he was knowledgeable about the areas we were most interested in. Our criteria for what we were looking for was pretty flexable so it was hard to narrow our search down but Ronnie was persistent, without any pressure, in sending us properties to look at and willing to go by and video ones we were interested in to save us the 400 mile round trip to physically look at places. He was very helpful in resolving some issues that needed to be addressed to close the deal on our purchase and we were still able to close quickly in spite of the difficulty in scheduling and parts problems. Best of all he was very easy to get a hold of and responds quickly and follows through with questions and info. I'm happy to recommend his services.

It’s probably always challenging working w/ a husband/wife team who see different attributes in a house. But everything went relatively smooth and Ronnie was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. As difficult as today's market is, Ronnie stuck by my side. We saw so many houses and made at least 20 offers. I was ready to give up and Ronnie kept encouraging me to hang in there.
