Purchasing a home in one state while living in another can be stressful enough but Rita Gibbs made it so seamless! I traveled from Louisiana to Arizona with one week to not only find a home but to get one under contract. Rita arranged for 10+ showings for one day and in that one day I found the perfect home. She had us under contract by the next afternoon. I was able to return back home feeling assured that I was in good hands. Upon returning back to Louisiana, she organized everything from inspections to the appraisal. Rita also offered all the contacts I could possibly need prior to move in day. She has definitely been my “boots on the ground” while I am three states away. Rita has been readily available to answer any of the hundreds of questions that I have had during this whole process. It would be hard to describe Ray as anything less than perfect, a word I seldom use. He goes the extra mile, then goes a little more. I did not know him before, I randomly connected with him 2+ years ago when we thought we were going to move. He kept in touch over all that time and offered to drive us around & he called periodically just to check in. Ray be is persistent with out being a pest. When we finally got to the point of buying, he really shined. The processing was explained clearly along the way, he did many little things I won't go into but I was pleasantly surprised several times. Ray's attitude is excellent and part of his charm- way better than I am! He a hi oils write a book on real estate sales -or- How to be a good guy....
