I hardly know where to start with my praise of Team Platinum. Both Anne Marie Camillucci and Judi Yazzi were exceptional. I was in a difficult situation where I had to move (prior to the home selling) and had to handle all of the decision-making myself. Or at least I thought. Team Platinum was there for/with me every step of the way. Never once did they talk down to me even though they were aware of my lack of knowledge about the process. Probably the best quality about them was their honesty about everything. I always knew they would speak the truth as well as share any information that I didn't even ask for. Their efforts to walk me through the entire process were way above and beyond. Communication? They were beyond responsive! They were available via phone calls, texts and emails, and often said to me, "We're here for you" or "You're in good hands" when I had any doubt or had difficulty with any part of the journey. No truer words were said. The confidence that I had in these professional women calmed me during an extremely stressful time. Every single time our home was shown, I received feedback. Not once did I have to ask for it. It was a dreadful time to sell a home (the market was DEAD), but with ample time and a bit of price negotiation, those wonderful ladies did what they said they would do: "We WILL sell your house for you, Diane." I never had to drive an hour back to our home to take care of anything. Anne Marie or Judi were there when we had the house professionally staged, then for the inspection after we received an offer, for repairs that needed attention after that, etc. I think I can say that other than the waiting because of the extremely slow market, selling our home was one of the easiest things I have ever done. I can't believe I just typed that. I wish I could add more stars so that the rating could represent "Exceptional" instead of just excellent. I absolutely made the right decision to go with this fabulous team!
