•I met Debbie a few years ago when I bought my current apartment in Boynton Beach, Florida. I recently needed to sell a piece of property in Pompano Beach Florida. So I asked Debbie to do it. She did the walk-through and advised me of things that needed to be taken care of. She coordinated the workers for this and I had no worries about trying to find professionals to do work in the apartment. Debbiie listed my apartment and was able to stage it using AI. It made it look very beautiful. She held an open house the first weekend where my eventual buyer first saw the apartment. Within a couple weeks I got an offer accepted it and close with no problem. Debbie is very professional and knowledgeable. She knows the market and will tell you in plain English what needs to happen to get the place sold. She priced the property well so that it was attracted to buyers, but I still got what I needed to get from the sale. When I need to sell this one, I will ask Debbie to list it as well.
