It gives me great pleasure to write a comment on the RateMyAgent review for Trich Chung-Jolicoeur. Without a doubt Trich has been an awesome, spectacular, very knowledgeable and a very thorough person and my ratings is a straight 5 Stars, if I could give more stars I would sure give more. If I can speak a little on our house hunting. In the summer of 2022, we actually started with another agent and after a few conversations we realize that person was the wrong agent for us. Trich was recommended to me by my friend who had just purchased a house through her and I am so happy I made the call to her and left her a voicemail. She returned my call right away. My hubby and I almost bought a house in 2022 but after getting our inspection done, we realize this was a bad buy and not the right house for us, Trich worked very hard in helping us got back our escrow deposit. I told Trich I would take a break from the house hunting and start over in 2023, when my hubby and I were in our 55th birth year as we would both be that age in 2023. Trich was so patient and was not pushy and allowed us the time and space we needed. In March 2023 we started the house hunting again, Trich provided us with the link to her website with the various types of houses within the price range that we could afford. She went all the way out on a limb to find us the perfect house that suits our needs. I’ve never seen a more dedicated, hardworking and astute person. If I were to purchase another house, Trich would definitely be my number one Realator and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who might be thinking of buying a house. This is the sweetest and best person you could ever meet and I know you would never regret it.

I hadn’t met Trich when I first started looking at properties in Florida. However, Trich came highly recommended to me by the mortgage broker I was working with. Let me tell you, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Trich took every one of my phone calls, and answered every text and email I sent her. Trich went above and beyond with going through potential properties and sending me videos of same. She searched high and low and sent me properties all within the perimeters I gave her. Trich was very helpful and accommodating to my questions/concerns throughout the whole homebuying process. She was on top of everything; making sure that I had all the paperwork necessary to complete everything in a timely manner. She was even able to negotiate with the seller to help me saving a bit of money towards closing costs on some of the improvements needed from the home inspection. She also gave me advice on things that I would need to do, during and after the final wakthrough and signing of the contract. All in all, I definitely would recommend her as your buying agent, if you're looking to purchase a home. She made sure that I was taken care of, just as if I was a family member. I'm definitely looking forward to having her as my realtor again, when I search for a new home in the future. 10/10
