Knowledge and professionalism at its finest!
Working with Trich was such a pleasurable and easy experience. She was obviously very knowledgeable about the process and the market. She helped us highlight the beauty of our home and created a listing that really showcased what a gem the property is. What really stood out to me was her patience , professionalism and compassion as she guided us through every step of the process to sell our home. I truly felt like she had our best interests at the top of her mind and would always advocate for us to have the best results. I couldn’t be happier with Trich. I would choose her again and again!

Trich made a promise to my 95 year old father and our family and delivered in flying colors. I've know Trich for over 20 years and you couldn't find a better partnership if you need a relator. She will always be available for you and her attention to detail is immaculate. This is the second time she I worked with her and it has been my pleasure. She has also helped my friends who have the same regards. She is everything you should expect as a professional, I know this because I worked with her for many years in the architectural/engineering world. As I said before, over that time I went from mentor to student. You couldn't ask for a better person to accommodate your real estate needs. Thank you Trich for everything. You exceeded our goals and then some!

We always felt we were top priority
Trich is an amazing realtor and woman, and everything she does is in her clients' interest. She recently assisted us in selling and buying properties according to market prices. She is not a 9-5 realtor and many times contacted us when necessary. Our property sold for more than I hoped for in 3 days.

Top tier professional
I cannot recommend Trich enough. She was a total pro from start to finish. Living in a different state, I was worried about the logistics of getting my mom's house ready to rent, but Trich helped ease most of that stress. She helped coordinate the cleanout and necessary repairs, and expertly marketed the property for rent while maintaining constant, clear communication so I always knew what was happening.

Entire process smooth and stress-free
Toni Gelo was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire rental process. She made everything simple and stress-free, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It can be hard to find someone so reliable and kind in the rental market, but Toni truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home to rent!!

Nydia has gone above and beyond for us over the years. We have gone through selling, buying, renting with her and every time she is friendly, professional, efficient, courteous, super helpful, answers all your questions, replys quickly. If she doesn't know the answer, she will get you to someone that does. We will always use Nydia as our realtor and recommend all my friends and family to do the same.
