"Troy was very engaged with your entire process from beginning to end. He was very informative and never failed to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We told him what we wanted and he made sure to deliver, exceeding our expectations actually!"

"Troy has held me and my husband hand for 2yrs. We attended his 1st time home buyers class and took off from there. We followed everything that was asked of us and it lead us to our forever home. He simply asked us to "Trust the Processes" and we did!"

The way this market is set up I thought I would never purchase a home until I met Troy. Troy was my realtor “knight & shining armor”. I needed someone who had that “je ne sais quoi” when it came to submitting offers, staying on top of everything & making the magic happen. Unlike the Horror stories I’ve heard with people and the home buying process I’m proud to say that this was a fairytale in the making & it couldn’t have happened if I didn’t have Troy as my realtor. I’m excited to be in my 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, two car garage at the beautiful price of 400k It was all possible because Troy was knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to get me into my dream home. This review doesn’t do justice to the type of service Troy provides. Thanks a zillion Troy.

I can honestly say I am blown away by how great Trich was as my realtor. She had the house sold in 4 days with backup buyers. She went above and beyond to help me through what was the most difficult time of my life. My father passed away, and I sold his home, which he lived in for 30 years. She was extremely understanding through my grief, and she helped in any way she could to make the process as smooth as possible. You will never go wrong with Trich as your realtor!

Trich was referred to me as the best in the market and she sure delivered. As a first time buyer I wasn't sure if purchasing a home was possible as myself and husband both were affected by the pandemic. However, with Trich encouragement we decided to go for it and sure enough we were pre-approved! So the search began for a home and with my selective taste I just knew this journey may take long but contrary we had an offer accepted among many other offers for this home (even in this market) a month later. The goal was to get us a home and stop renting nd Trich worked endlessly to make that happen. Overall Trich was professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout this whole process and we definitely refer her to others as she was referred to us. Thanks again for everything, my husband and I are officially homeowners!

Trich went above and beyond to make sure we got top dollar for our home. She scheduled a photographer to come and take pictures of our property and the pictures turned out incredible. We are very thankful for her knowledge and expertise during the whole process. We highly recommend Trich!!

Wow! Working alongside CJ has been a total pleasure. From the beginning, CJ has been thorough and honest about today’s housing market. Not only was he able to communicate effectively and promptly to me regarding various listings, he showed great communication amongst other members of teams aiding in finding what best fits me. Submitting offers were as easy as slicing butter and any adjustments or items needing to be addressed were brought to my attention by CJ without hesitation. CJ was very flexible with making time to meet up at various listings and provided his non-bias, professional opinions. Once an offer was accepted on a property, CJ has made the closing process painless & easy. He was able to delineate a timeline that kept me on schedule and was able to provide and arrange services need to move the closing processes smoothly. He always answered my phone calls or text and able to provide an answer 10/10 times. CJ always looked out and centered the house hunting process around me and my needs. He was there through the end and I am very fortunate to have such a great real estate agents. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY CJ to get the job done!
