Prompt, organized, diligent communication with great strategy

Meera and Shiv were the listing agents for my home in Almaden Valley, San Jose. My constraints while selling my house were difficult, I was not in the country. They handled everything from remodeling the house to the final escrow. I couldn’t have been happier through the process and the end result. Here are some notable points I would like to highlight: * They were prompt, organized, diligent in listing the house strategically. Their marketing strategy and the way the house was positioned for sale was instrumental in it being sold within a few days of going into the market. This is notable since the actual date of market placement was right before the stock crash earlier this year, and I noticed that almost every similar home listed after mine didn’t sell as swiftly or for a price it should have. Their strategy was crucial and helped in getting it sold under such challenging conditions. * Proactive, prompt and clear communication, especially important since I was across the world in very different time zones. I was in the loop at all stages with what was happening- from prep to challenges along the way to listing, open house reports etc. * They took complete ownership of the entire process. With several new laws like the fire hardening defensible disclosure to name one, they did their due diligence and made sure we dotted our i’s and crossed our t’s * Their negotiating capabilities were spot on and I got better than I expected from the sale. * I felt fully supported as a seller from beginning to end. I was confident throughout that they were representing my best interests. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of buying, selling or investing in the Bay Area.
