A complete pleasure to work with!. Tracy provided all essential information when requested and during the meetings that we attended. Responses to emails and voicemails were returned promptly, her cheerfulness was contagious and always on display! Her knowledge of the Pooler area helped us with not only with the decision to buy in Pooler, but also sparked our memories from when we lived in the Savannah/Pooler in the early 2000’s. If we are ever to sell/buy another house in the area, she is the only realtor that we will work with.

Shelly was wonderful assisting me in buying my house in Pooler, an area I knew nothing about. It was good to have the inside knowledge of a long time resident of the Savannah area. She could answer all my questions and if there was anything she didn’t know, she’d find the answer and get back to me soon. So naturally, when I had to move on 3 years later, I turned to Shelly to sell my house. She’s very personable and hard working. She sold my house and helped me through every step of the process, including selling and closing after I had moved already. She went by the house to check on it as I was gone, and to meet buyers, contractors, appraisers etc. She’s the real deal. Highest recommendation!
