•I worked with Claudia on the sale of an investment property. This was definitely not a simple transaction and there were a lot of moving pieces along the way, but Claudia stayed on top of everything from start to finish. She was very responsive, kept communication moving between all parties, and handled negotiations professionally while always keeping the transaction moving toward closing. Whenever something came up, she was quick to address it and help find a solution. The fact that Claudia is also a real estate investor herself was very helpful. She understands how complex investment transactions can be and was able to bring that experience into the process. Claudia was dependable throughout the transaction, and we were able to successfully get the property sold and closed. I would definitely work with her again on future real estate investments in Savannah.
