•My wife and I flew into Savannah from Southern California to look at properties for a second home. Susan met us in the lobby of the hotel the next morning to introduce herself and take us on a tour of homes in Wilmington Island. We were very excited! Susan is a very good Realtor and you can tell by the way she is at ease with clients and her knowledge of the housing market in Savannah areas. I figured that we would look at homes for about five days, but turns out, we found the one early on that day! Susan Contacted the Sellers Realtor and sent up our offer with him. Just that easy! We got the house, pushed for a 15 day escrow and we are now happy owners of a home in Windsor Forest in Savannah! Susan really help us in all ways including referring Insurance agents, utility companies, contractors and so forth. She even went to water company on our behalf since we were back in California already. I have to say working with Susan Ross with Realty One Group was a very good experience for us. GOOD JOB SUSAN!
