•Matther found and handled all the details of my condo in Savannah when I purchased it. He found the perfect one. It was a family retreat for all of us. Time came when I needed to sell it. Not only did he handle all the paperwork remotely, but he ordered and handled a couple repairs, and, since I was selling it furnished and the buyer didn't want everything, he handled all the packing and distribution of those things not going with the condo! I am 80 y/o and living out of state so this was such a Blessing! And he did it all with a smile! He is very thorough and efficient! I will definitely call him again if I ever move back to Savannah!
