Kurt, is simply the only one I would use

Kurt has been a family contact for quite some time. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and their specific needs. He explains every step of the process no matter how many times it takes. I would not use anyone else. In addition he really makes the entire process of looking narrowed down and educates the clients on how to best maximize their time and be efficient in the process.
