•Mike was extremely attentive and went above and beyond negotiating for me every step of the way. We were able to negotiate below asking price and even managed to get me an expected credit for repairs! I never had to reach out for updates or status because he is on top of timelines and anticipates next steps to ensure we closed on time. I was out of the state at the time of purchase and he made sure to accommodate both my schedule and location. He was not salesy or pushy during our search and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending him to my sphere of influence.
