•We had a great experience working with Ricki. We originally used her when we bought our home, and that process went so smoothly that we knew we wanted to work with her again when it was time to sell. Selling a home is never an easy process, and our biggest challenge was that our house ended up sitting on the market longer than we expected. While that was frustrating, we truly don’t feel that was something Ricki could control… it was just the reality of the market at the time. That part of the process was difficult for us, but it doesn’t take away from the experience we had working with her. Ricki was always responsive, honest, and upfront with us. We appreciated that she communicated openly, gave us realistic feedback, and was always willing to answer questions and help us navigate the process. She worked hard for us and made what could have been an even more stressful experience much easier. We’re grateful for everything Ricki did to help us both buy and sell our home, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a realtor they can trust.
