Spring of 2023 This letter will serve as my “very high letter of recommendation” for Real Estate Agent Rhiannon Barbour. She assisted me with the selling of my home. I can say with confidence that Rhiannon is the best agent I have ever had the incredible pleasure of working with. Rhiannon has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism knowledge, skills and abilities within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping my best interests in mind. Rhiannon treated me with professionalism and courtesies one would expect from a real-estate agent. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. As a busy executive, she doesn’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails (even after midnight) I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. As mentioned above, she represented me on the sale side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my agent again if I were buying a property. She is very smart, (and easy on the eyes!) and transactions can sometime become very complex.
