•We listed with Kelly, selling my father’s home on a Saturday, it went on the market, Monday. By noon Monday we had 7 offers to pick from. An offer was accepted that afternoon. My father unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, 2 days later. meant that I on longer had POA and an estate had to be opened. This proved to be no issue for Kelly and her team. She and her team had the knowledge, expertise and experience to navigate the situation and ultimately the deal was closed quickly. Every question or concern I had was always met with an answer or reassurance that all was well. I highly recommend Kelly and she will be my first call any future real estate needs.
