•Great Buyer's Agent! Thank you Michelle! Our home buying processes began several months before relocating from California to Iowa. We started by actively searching for a Buyer’s Agent to help up find the right home and to represent us. Through the selection process, including final round video interviews, Michelle quickly rose to the top of our list. We couldn’t have made a better choice! When we finally arrived in Iowa, Michelle helped us refine our priorities by showing us several houses and pointing out the various differences. Most importantly, Michelle listened carefully to us during this process. This combination helped focus our search in a very fast moving, competitive market. When the right house did eventually come on the market, we were ready! We were able to tour the house within hours of it being offered for sale (by owner). Once we made our decision to make an offer, Michelle was able to work with us (and the owner) through the negotiation process very quickly and professionally. If it hadn’t been for Michelle advocating for us, the negotiations would have stalled and we probably wouldn’t have reached an agreement. After the agreement was reached, Michelle was very diligent in making sure all the right steps were taken to close the transaction. For her, this required additional work given that the sale was by owner. Regardless, every step went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with Michelle and the entire process! We would highly recommend Michelle as a Buyer’s Agent (or Seller’s Agent)!
