Dawn was always available and willing to drop what she was doing to show us any house. Dawn was very up front and honest with houses and even knew what we would like.

Excellent experience selling our home!

Nothing but great things to say about Dawn and how quickly and smoothly the sale of our home went! We met with Dawn at our home on a Monday, and in less than two weeks we had an offer of the ask price and we accepted. No sign in the yard and never an open house! Dawn knows the realty business inside and out and is very well connected in and around the Des Moines area. She has a fun personality and a very straightforward business approach. There is never a question about what she is thinking because she will tell you… no guessing! We appreciated her responsiveness whenever we had questions and there were plenty! Dawn is great at researching to get answers and reassuring us throughout the process. Everything has truly been seamless! We are now working with Dawn on the building of our new home and can’t imagine working with any other realtor. Our plan is for this to be our last home purchase, but if for some reason we ever do this again, she will certainly be our first call. We highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to contact Dawn Edwards.
