Natalia Wagner did an excellent job selling our home. She created a strong marketing plan with high quality photography and effective social media exposure that generated real interest. Her communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. We were out of town during part of the listing, and Natalia personally checked on our home and handled several actions for us. That level of follow through made the process much easier. Natalia is professional, patient, and dependable. I would highly recommend her.
Above and Beyond in Every Way
Working with Natalia Wagner to sell our home was such a blessing! From the start, she handled everything with professionalism and care. Her marketing was beautiful and thoughtful. The photography, the way she positioned the home online, the social media exposure, all of it felt elevated and intentional. As a designer, presentation really matters to me, and she truly showcased our home in the best possible light. What meant the most to me, though, was how much she cared. We were out of town several times during the process, and Natalia personally came by the house again and again to check on things, take care of small details, and make sure everything stayed on track. She did so much behind the scenes that most people will never see. I never once felt like we were just another listing. She is incredibly patient, steady, and genuinely kind. Selling a home can be emotional, and she walked us through it with such grace. I am so grateful for her and would recommend her wholeheartedly!
