Kris had great knowledge of the market and the area. He knew the schools, and all the information for the areas we looked at all over Tri-Cities. He had a lot of knowledge on the market answered all of our questions quickly, easily, and with confidence. Communication was tremendous. Between texting, calling, and emailing. He was great to work with. We didn’t ever feel like we were looking for more information, and if he we wanted more he would get it for us. The communication through the whole process was amazing. Even after things have been wonderful. Because it doesn’t end when you sign on the line. He’s still been just a phone call away. True customer service. We always felt that he was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. I know we intend to work with Kris and his team as long as we are around. I don’t intend to use anyone else again.

Irene was awesome! She helped our family in a time when interest rates made it harder to find a home. Irene seemed to truly care about our family and each of our needs. She took note of what my husband and I both wanted and our feedback to each house she showed us. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Irene had a list of inspectors and other people she had worked with, so we didn't have to go looking for them ourselves. She was extremely patient with us and very flexible! Defiantly recommend!!

The feeling of having my home in the hands of someone that really cared to sell my home was very comforting. It was easy and stress free. She knows and has the right team to assist with the process and looking out for her clients well being at all times. Kris went above and beyond to make sure I found the right house. He had my interests in mind even when it meant more work for him or not as much commission. He helped me buy a For Sale By Owner house and did the extra leg work that the seller’s agent would normally do. I will be using Kris again for next real estate transaction.
