Kris had great knowledge of the market and the area. He knew the schools, and all the information for the areas we looked at all over Tri-Cities. He had a lot of knowledge on the market answered all of our questions quickly, easily, and with confidence. Communication was tremendous. Between texting, calling, and emailing. He was great to work with. We didn’t ever feel like we were looking for more information, and if he we wanted more he would get it for us. The communication through the whole process was amazing. Irene was awesome! She helped our family in a time when interest rates made it harder to find a home. Irene seemed to truly care about our family and each of our needs. She took note of what my husband and I both wanted and our feedback to each house she showed us. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Irene had a list of inspectors and other people she had worked with, so we didn't have to go looking for them ourselves. She was extremely patient with us and very flexible! Defiantly recommend!!
