My experience with Marcus Hill was great from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop of what was happening. He definitely saw things that I didn’t see which is the reason I have the new home. I am so satisfied and happy with my new home. Since I was selling and buying he was able to time the sell and purchased timely so that I didn’t have to rent while waiting for the new purchase. I will definitely refer Marcus Hill.

Marcus was awesome. My mom unexpectedly passed away, and we had so much to deal with, including selling her house. Marcus made the process so easy. He walked us through everything involved with selling a house that was part of an estate. I'm not sure how we would have gotten through without Marcus's help. He is a true professional. We picked Marcus, or should I say, we inherited Marcus from our daughter who he helped with a home purchase. We were comfortable with the decision to have him help us sell our home. The process was painless, he allowed us to be a partner in the process, instead of dictating to us what the list price should be. We turned out to be absent sellers leaving the state shortly after the house went into escrow. He kept an eye on the house and made sure minor repairs were taken care of. I'd recommend Marcus to assist in selling your home.

I will recommend Jose Luna to anyone buying or selling a home. Jose worked with me for 3 years until I found the right home. He always responded quickly with texts/phone calls.
