•We started our process of wanting to relocate to the Rome are in May '24 and the first property we wanted to view was a listing Tiffany had. She ended up showing us several area homes over the next couple months with none being exactly what we were looking for but all close. Tiffany ended up getting us connected with a builder in the area and we started that process. A huge part of that process was asking Tiffany if she would be our selling agent. With our home being over 100 miles from her residence and office we didn't know just what she would want to do but she readily agreed, and we began that process. The market wasn't real conducive for selling but she worked very hard with pictures, videos, drones' shots and plenty of excellent marketing ideas. She helped find a couple buyers and worked diligently through many offers and counter offers until we had an accepted offer. What a great feeling that was and much credit went to Tiffany. Got us through closing with zero hiccups and was extremely organized for us. We would whole heartedly like to recommend Tiffany for your real estate needs regardless of if you are a buyer or a seller, we know from an excellent experience that Tiffany will get you where you'd like to be!
