From our initial contact with Niki, all the way through the closing, she was very friendly, patient, professional, and gave us expert advice. Niki really listened to what we wanted in a home. Because we lived in Washington State, and could not fly out to North Carolina to physically look at properties, Niki went above and beyond to show us these homes as if we were there, through FaceTime, videos, pictures and phone calls. She took the perspective of a home buyer when viewing the home for us. We value and trust her opinion because of her openness and honesty. We could not have found a better realtor.

I honestly have to say that the sale of my home was the most non painful easiest sale ever! Niki made the entire process so simple that I was never stressed or worried from day 1 to the closing.
