About Cindy

I began my real estate career in 2006 in Park City, Utah, where I built a strong foundation in a competitive luxury and resort market. Working in that environment gave me extensive experience with high-end properties, investment opportunities, and clients relocating from out of state who needed knowledgeable, strategic guidance. In addition to representing clients, I have personally managed a small portfolio of luxury investment properties in both the United States and abroad. This hands-on experience gives me a unique perspective when working with investors — I understand not only acquisition strategy, but also long-term performance, management considerations, and return on investment. In 2019, I relocated to Kanab, Utah, and now proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Southern Utah. I specialize in working with investors and relocation clients, helping them identify strong opportunities, analyze market trends, and make confident, well-informed decisions. Whether my clients are purchasing income-producing properties, acquiring land for future development, or relocating for lifestyle or business reasons, I provide clear communication and expert representation every step of the way. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I bring elevated marketing strategies to every listing. I specialize in investment properties, land, and luxury homes, and I also offer professional staging services to ensure my listings present at their absolute best — maximizing appeal, exposure, and overall value. Outside of real estate, I live an active and adventurous lifestyle. I am an avid skier, equestrian, motorcycle rider and racer, and rally car navigator. The focus, discipline, and strategic thinking required in these sports carry directly into my business approach. I’m also a huge animal lover and share my home with a rescued Belgian Malinois, two cats, and a lively mix of chickens, ducks, and turkeys. For me, Southern Utah isn’t just a place to work — it’s a place to truly live. My goal is to deliver a seamless, successful experience while building long-term relationships rooted in trust, expertise, and results.

Flawless Transaction

Cindy hit it out of the park! She had been looking for a special investment property that would fit my needs. She let me know there was a commercial property that could work. She took me to view it, and I made an offer that day. Job well done!

Amazing!!

Cindy was the best! She was representing both sides of the transaction and did a great job resolving issues that came up during the process. She found a solution for everything and made sure we were happy homeowners at the end. She went above and beyond during the entire process. She drove hours away to pickup our Microwave so we could meet our closing deadline. She is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. We feel like we just gained a good friend! We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

I am very satisfied with Cindy Nelson. She will be my real estate agent for all my future plans.

Hello and greetings from Kanab Utah. Cindy from start to finish on the sale of my home was such a pleasure to work with. She has the experience and skill to present your property well and get it sold. She has a very good understanding of the real estate market. She provided me with excellent guidance for me to determine my asking price. The sale required an appraisal for the buyers loan criteria to be satisfied. Cindy's recommended listing price was very close to the home appraisal valuation. This was a very good transaction for myself and the buyers. We are a very close community here in Kanab so it is great when both the buyer and seller can say they are happy and satisfied with the transaction. I give credit to Cindy for her people skills as she works well with the buyers representitives and creates a very friendly atmosphere for everyone involved. I wholeheartedly recommend Cindy Nelson to be your next real estate agent. Sincerely, Irene Trimmer.
