Ami is fantastic on all levels. Ami was a buying agent for us. For starters she personally went and pre-screened homes for us so we only had to look at homes that were worth our time. Then Ami had no problem with us walking away at the last minute from a deal when it was our mistake (we didn't know how high property taxes were for the home until we were about to sign). She didn't skip a beat in continuing to look until she found us what we were looking for. She got them to accept a lower offer, helped us find an inspector and helped us level down further after the inspection. All along she never pressured us to just buy and be done with it. Then after the sale Ami actually helped us get some work done on the house since we were a plane ride away. This was no mansion with a huge commission, just Ami's mode of operation for an avg customer. Thx again Ami. :)

Ken is a fantastic realtor. Not only is he knowledgable when it comes to real estate, but he is friendly and patient. He made the whole process so easy, any questions I had were answered almost immediately. I was able to close on my house in 1 months time with Ken's attention to detail and professionalism. I was introduced to Daniel by a dear friend, who was also my realtor, for the same company as Daniel. She was terminally ill and felt that Daniel was a great fit to continue this endeavor of selling my house. Daniel was amazing! He went above and beyond to help do whatever was needed to get my house sold. He even cut my grass for me because I had already moved an hour away. Anytime I texted him. I always got a response immediately, he is very attentive, knowledgeable, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a very good realtor, whether you’re buying or selling. He goes above and beyond. 10/10.
