Cindy Schmidt did an excellent job selling our house. We had been in our home for 33 years and were feeling overwhelmed thinking off all the improvements needed to put our house on the market. I first met Heather when I bought my house about 6 years ago. As a buyer, she was patient, professional, and most of all human. Purchasing your first home is an exciting and overwhelming process and Heather listened to what I was looking for and was with me every step. Developing a connection with honesty and empathy, I found my home and was very happy.. So happy, that when it came time to sell years later (life is crazy, isn't it?)
