Kalyn is an excellent realtor, she was always available for any questions or concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the sale. I would not hesitate to use Kalyn again if the need should arise.

Kalyn is great!
We had a great experience with Kalyn as our realtor. She always made time for us even when we wanted to see houses last minute. Our house was listed, she got us in to see it that same day, we put in an offer the next day, and with a few counters - we had a house! She also helped the process move along quickly because we had already sold our current house and had a closing date for that one. Thank Kalyn!

Very happy with Kalyn!!
Kalyn did a phenomenal job for us. We were selling an old house that obviously needed a lot of work to meet all the codes. Kalyn kept on top of everything, moved the process along, jumped in when needed, and made a very difficult situation as painless as possible.

I love working with Kalyn because she has a very calm demeanor about the whole sales process - it will get done, you'll find a house for a great deal, and things might not go smoothly the whole time (Covid and just house buying in general!) but it will all get figured out in the end and work out the way it is supposed to. Kalyn works all hours of the day and night and got us in to see houses within 45 minutes of them being listed. Love working with her and can't wait to buy and sell again with her. You CAN be a good businessperson/good negotiator and a nice, kind, and ethical person all at once and that's Kalyn. :)

Kalyn is an effective and awesome agent.
Kalyn's professionalism was outstanding in knowing how to find the house we needed in a limited area. She helped us find a home by answering our questions and "being there" almost 24/7. Kalyn's knowledge in her field as a realtor was spot on. We were impressed by her punctuality in all aspects of our search and completion of sale. She was available continuously for us as we were buying a home long distance from South Carolina to Pittsburgh, PA.

Job well done
Kalyn assisted in my first home purchase and during the process was helpful and determined to get me to close on a home and she did just that, though it took quite a few viewings we finally found the right one and everything went smoothly and timely.... Couldn't be happier!

Above and Beyond
Selling our home/land in the Laurel mountains was a very emotional event for my husband and I, health reasons forced us to sell earlier than planned. Kalyn was very knowledgeable and professional. VERY GOOD SALES AGENT WITH GOOD KNOWLEDGE
Kalyn did a great job of representing me on the purchase of the property I was interested in. Gave me good advice and made the purchase move along at a good tempo. Made the sale simple and easy to follow, through everything that I had to do to comply with completing the sale. She also gave me good references on whom to speak with on tasks that had to be done on my part.

When we started the home buying process, we were completely overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Once Kalyn took us under her wing we had a certain calmness swept over us. She was there for us showing after showing. She advocated for us and fought for our rights and needs for the duration of our negotiations and during the closing process. She also bridged communication barriers we experienced with our mortgage company ensuring that what needed to be done was done correctly.
