•Looking for a investment property in California has been quite difficult, especially if you are looking for a higher cap rate than the bay area. Khang suggested I look out of region, and I settled for sacramento county. He went on my behalf to look at unit and provided an assessment of this findings and recommendations. There were some challenges with timeline and the language barrier due to existing tenant occupancy. However these issues were soon addressed. Khang helped closed the deal, and also provided post completion guidance and support in navigating any rental questions, and follow ups with original seller post sale. Overall it was a good experience buying sight unseen, but Khang made the experience much more comfortable, and gave me the confidence to go into with my eyes wide open. He was committed and spent the time to ensure I had all my questions answered. He was on top of everything from start to end of escrow. Awesome service, and would love to do business with you again!
