Excellent communication, persistence, and a attention to detail. Very professional

Eddie had a tough assignment representing 8 sellers with differing opinions and expectations, worse, the subject property, which was a fixer-upper was placed on the market in the dead of winter when prospective buyers were slim. As it turned out, through his persistence, and negotiating skills, he was able to guide us through the process of coming to an agreement with the one buyer that ended up buying the property. He did an amazing job dealing with what would've been a nightmare scenario for the average agent. I don't think we would have found a better agent than Eddie.
