Thuy was an amazing agent! She made sure to ask me the right questions when I was looking for my new home. She did my homework for me and I found my house in just a day! I only had a week to look for a house and was pleasantly surprised to lock one in in just a day of viewing homes. Thuy also went out of her way to make me feel at home in South Carolina. It was my first time in the state, she took me sight seeing and drove me around a few neighborhoods so I can get a better feel of the state. She introduced me to a few vendors that I needed to make a few changes in my home. She is quick to make suggestions and is quick to give you pointers and remind new home owners of things they need to close on their homes. I had to close remotely and she offered to do the walk through for me and bring in shipments for me. She even met with contractors! What can I say, she’s simply awesome!
