I moved out of state and needed someone I could trust. Duff came highly recommended. He took care of the entire listing while I was out of state. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. They were transparent with every transaction and had excellent communication. Every time that there was a document to sign, he would call me and explain it to me, so there was no confusion. That made this the best experience I've had with a realtor before. But he went way above and beyond, as I'm living in another state. And he's managing the sale for me. I ended up having a water week.That was losing a hundred and sixty gallons of water per hour.I didn't know what to do, but when I called him, he dropped everything.And got over there, not only was he able to figure out what the water leak was, but he was also able to help coordinate and work with the city, as they were showing up to try to investigate it as well. Every single experience I had with him was above expectations and he has such a kind heart and amazing person to talk to you.I highly recommend everybody goes to him!

I had originally reached out to another realtor agency but after a few weeks of disappointing viewings I thought about Elaine who had sold me my first house. From the second that she picked up the phone and listened to my issues and concerns she was focused on me and my needs. She quickly bagan to set up appointments and showings and patiently heard all my complaints on each house. She even stood by me as I chose what I thought would be the house of my dreams but would only cancel everything at the closing date. Now that takes caring… she could have dropped me and given up on me but nope… she continued to make appointments for every house I wanted to see giving her insight and knowledge about property and then I found it The house of my dreams but not only my dreams but my kids as well. Home buying in the past has been really stressful, but Paul is so calm that it made it seem absolutely effortless. He is incredibly knowledgeable and would point out pros and cons on our walkthroughs that we might not have thought of. I was in a real pickle with a property that was left by a deceased family member, which was in worse than poor condition and I had moved out of state! My realtor wasn't able to help me and turned me on to Duff Knott. A GODSEND! Duff was professional, kind, QUICK, helpful in getting the right people in to see the property and in a market where sellers were stalled out - he had multiple showings right away. Within a week we had 2 offers. Duff helped negotiate the best offer for me and was on hand at closing. He was kind, professional and kept in touch even after we signed just to make sure all was good. I closed on my house last Saturday. If it had not been for her, I probably would have landed on something I didn’t like or would have struggled with. She helped incredibly there was nothing she wasn’t ready to take on. Didn’t matter how much I changed it up or added to things that I wanted for a house. She was always open and ready and willing to listen and look for what I wanted and making sure that I got what I wanted. I can not thank her enough. Wife is happy that’s all that matters, she spoke to my wife like a friend. It was not a business transaction. It was like going shopping with a friend. That’s what the wife had to say.
