•Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and confident. On both the sell/buy side she was able to make sure we (my wife and I) received the best contract. We were able to close on our house and buy our new house in 10 days. Ashley displayed great communication skills by staying in touch with my family, the title company, the new build company, and the lending company. She also was able to make sure we were guaranteed certain things with our new build that would have been left out. Ashley also gave us advice on the offers we were receiving and we decided to wait till the final day to accept an offer. If we hadn't had done this we would have missed out on a lot of net proceeds. She made this process extremely smooth. Ashley eliminated all of the stress that normally comes with buying and selling a home. We are now sitting comfortably in our new house and will recommend Ashley 10/10
