Very professional and kind. Had amazing advice throughout the process

I moved out of state and needed someone I could trust. Duff came highly recommended. He took care of the entire listing while I was out of state. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. They were transparent with every transaction and had excellent communication. Every time that there was a document to sign, he would call me and explain it to me, so there was no confusion. That made this the best experience I've had with a realtor before. But he went way above and beyond, as I'm living in another state. And he's managing the sale for me. I ended up having a water week.That was losing a hundred and sixty gallons of water per hour.I didn't know what to do, but when I called him, he dropped everything.And got over there, not only was he able to figure out what the water leak was, but he was also able to help coordinate and work with the city, as they were showing up to try to investigate it as well. Every single experience I had with him was above expectations and he has such a kind heart and amazing person to talk to you.I highly recommend everybody goes to him!
