Madinah is consistent, patient and made what was a first time home buying experience rather easy. My choice of an investment property was challenging but with her vast amount of resources I was able to claim a gem in Germantown. I learned so much about my experience but most importantly I feel valued especially when I closed. Her tenacity and her network of qualified contractors, appraisers, and inspectors I was able to get my asking price and close with a enough money to make the necessary changes to the home. I do look forward to working with her again.
