Luckily, John Garcia was referred to us by a neighbor when we decided to sell our home. We were quite impressed with John and his knowledge of the real estate market from the very first time we met him. After we accepted an offer on the house, we encountered some unexpected repairs and difficulties getting them done in a timely manner. With John’s help and patience though, eventually all of the repairs were completed and we closed on the house. John worked very hard on our behalf. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and just an all around nice guy. We highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again!
