Maria was recommended to me by a stranger who suggested I give her a call to discuss short sale. I was heading to foreclosure auction but decided to short sale when I met Maria . Losing my home of 21 years after divorce was a very difficult time for me. Maria was compassionate and sympathetic of my situation from the start. She handled the sale with kid gloves on my behalf and walked me through every step of the way. She remained in touch with me nearly every day for sometime. Had it not been for her the whole process would have been much more difficult for me. She is not just a person looking to make a sale. She truly cares about the welfare and happiness of her clients. It is with great pleasure that I write this statement. It was an extremely hard decision to leave my home of 30 years, a place where I raised my family, to start a new chapter in Pennsylvania. Maria DiDio came into our lives at the right time. Our house was a place of treasured memories and years of love and comfort. However, we had to make this change for a new start in Pennsylvania. I was extremely new to the whole idea of home sales and was quite nervous. Maria went above and beyond to help make this transition and new chapter a reality. She was very instrumental in addressing any issue that may arise and we were able to close on time, with another closing we had in Pennsylvania on our new home.
