•Real Estate Agents are a dime a dozen. They all claim to stand out but it's difficult to actually do it. It seems like an industry where you just go with someone you know because it doesn't really matter anyway, they're all going to do the same thing. At least that's what I thought. We had a situation where we needed to sell really fast as we were relocating and couldn't afford to pay for two homes for very long. What made it worse was that we had already moved about 1000 miles away at the very beginning of the process. Mike not only had a system to get the sale quickly (we had offers the first weekend the house was showing), but he was extremely helpful making some really important recommendations to improve the aesthetic of the house quickly. There were also some practical things I couldn't handle being away that he helped us with. This was definitely not expected but much appreciated. He knows his industry, has an effective system, knows how to move a home quickly, was way more helpful than I had expected and he was easy to get a hold of. There was no waiting for days or even hours to here back from him. If I need to sell a house in the future and he is license in that area, I'm calling him.
