Ok, first of all, I'd like to point out that she has amazing negotiation skills, I really mean it. Now, Ingrid was really helpful and thanks to her we were able to buy the home we needed in the middle of this crazy real state market. I'm sure no one will regret working with her. When deciding to move forward with purchasing a home, you never come to contemplate all of the facts behind the whole process. We all dream about moving in and all the happiness and excitement, not knowing that real state market is currently a though one, and even though my fiancé and I were financially ready to move forward and make this dream come true, sometimes I hesitated with all the craziness going around and the current market fuzz and overpriced properties. It was not until we contacted Dariel that I started to gain our confidence back, and we both felt again that we were ready to do this, and most importantly that we were in the right hands. From offer advice, to tittle hints, to finance tips, to inspection and appraisal process, we always felt guided. He always had our best interest at heart. To summarize, we purchased our dream home at appraisal price, no extra money out of pocket on top of appraisal price to win the offer or close, 3.5%down FHA loan closed (keys in our hands) within 30 days after sending in the offer. And, it was actually the first home we loved and decided to sent our first offer to. Honestly, a dream come true thanks to all his support and help. With such smooth process and handling I would honestly buy 100 more homes like this. No matter how crazy the market is, with his help it was all passible. Thanks for making our longest dream come true!!!!!!

Andres went beyond our expectations. He said that he would sell our property in less than a week and we thought he was just trying to get us to sign up with him. We eventually signed a contract with him to list our property and we had a cash contract within 2 hours of listing the property and got $19k above what we expected. Closing was fast and flawless. He is fantastic.

I have worked with Adriana for many years. She has been very patient, enthusiastic and helpful. The first time I spoke to her I felt like she understood exactly what I need it and was able to deliver. The fact that her husband Hernando is a lender makes her your one stop for all your real estate needs. Her husband Hernando is a great person, he is very kind, down to earth and cares. Andres was very responsive and informative. I don’t know all the lingo to real estate and must of asked the same question 20 different ways and he was always patient and kind and informative. He went above and beyond to assure I understood and was not pushy in making a sale. He wanted us, as clients, to be happy in such a big, life Changing, purchase.
