Great job!! Edmar handled every details regarding the sale of the unit. From the beginning he had a detailed list of topics/docs/info to review and have ready to expedite the process. He helped expedite the process, being proactive and dealing with the HOA and tenants at the unit I was able to get my asking price and the unit sold quickly with very little stress. Edmar handled all the details of promoting the unit, meeting with interest people and dealing with the tenant to accommodate showing of the property. A 5 star review for Erika is not enough! She is not an average Realtor, Erika is an expert in the Real Estate Industry. She is very straightforward, honest and attentive to every single detail and did tasks that were not part of her job like taking care of the deposit for the escrow account since I was not able to do it due to my schedule , revise and take my association application to the association office , even quoting my home insurance AT NO EXTRA COST , revise the inspection report, quoting different inspection companies too, revise the final numbers line by line and so much more . Every question I had was clarified even questions about my loan and the title company. She was involved in the whole transaction from A to Z . Her personality is unique , very friendly and charismatic. I had the opportunity to have Erika as my Realtor ❤️ I hope this review help many other sellers and buyers to hire her as their Real Estate Agent.

Tener a Erika como realtor fue una gran suerte, es como haberse sacado la lotería, no solo por el proceso de asesoría e información antes de la búsqueda de mi propiedad sino por lo que vino después. Sus recomendaciones sobre que inquilino tomar justo en el momento que empezaba la pandemia y sus conocimientos sobre el proceso de como alquilarle a una persona que se beneficia con el section 8 programa facilitaron todo. Estoy feliz y contento de contar con Erika no solo como mi realtor sino a partir de esa relación ella se ha convertido en una amiga y asesora en todo lo concerniente a inmuebles en Miami.
