Jarrett was very easy to work with and kindly answered all of our stupid "first time buyer" questions. He knew the type of home we were looking for and when we found our dream home, he was able to negotiate with the seller for us to buy at a price we were comfortable with. We were able to trust him and be comfortable with him and I feel that's the most important part. I would definitely recommend Jarrett to anyone looking for a home!

It's been a long time since I bought a home. Jarrett was enthusiastic and knowledgeable from the beginning. He helped us focus our search on the attributes most important to us. Because time was an important factor, he grouped our visits so we could accomplish a lot in a single outing. Jarrett's experience made us feel confident when we were ready to place a bid. Jarrett truly made buying a home a great experience for my husband and I. To begin, he spent a great deal of time asking us what we were looking for in a home. He truly did his homework and researched several amazing options that were tailored to us. Jarrett continued his search and constantly pulled new options to consider. It was clear he put several hours of work into our search -- not just once, but on a regular basis. When we looked at places, I was impressed by the fact that we never felt rushed. Jarrett helped us to examine the details of the home while raising several important questions that we had not considered. He really knows his stuff! Once we found the right home, Jarrett continued to go above and beyond. He made sure that we always felt as informed as possible. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions! While most realtors, may have felt that their work was done, Jarrett continued to take the time to make sure that we were truly confident in our purchase. Buying a home is stressful; however, I honestly think that Jarrett made our process much smoother than it could have been. My husband and I are very grateful to be his clients. I would like to compliment and thank Jarrett Svendsen on making this an excellent buying experience for us and a job well done!! He truly is a hard working realtor that made us feel very comfortable with this buying experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and at no level did we feel pressured to buy. We literally looked at 36 properties before we settled on the one we have. I honestly feel like Jarrett was a blessing in disguise. These experiences can be very taxing and frustrating but he did all of the hard work and research and i can honestly say it paid off. If your looking for a great buying experience give Jarrett a call, you wont regret it. Jarrett you have friends forever and i will always recommend you as a top realtor.
