•Extraordinary!!!!!!!! Vicki prepped me that if might take awhile to close on an FHA loan. What we didn't know is that we had an appraiser who couldn't distinguish between South Hyde Park and Brookside and thought a bit of knob and tube was the devil's spawn. But he also didn't reckon Vicki. She is one of the nicest, warmest, honest and genuine people I've ever met. And her work ethic is beyond the pale (what realtor in KC is going to go into your basement and start knocking our disconnected knob and tube? She is quite stylish--even in the jeans she wore that day.) I had given up about five days before close. She said "Well do you mind if I keep at it; you won't have to do anything." I think i replied: "sure if you want to waste your time". (Her clients aren't always polite>" She called me the day of close to let me know the sale was a done deal. At that moment I knew she was connected to an awesome higher power. But I responded instead "did you sell your soul to the Devil." Nope: higher power. If you want a realtor who is honest, funny and incredibly nice, give her a call. You will be delighted. Mark McCarthy
