Yris was outstanding, from the moment we met her she was a delight to work with. She helped find our rental home and although we were indecisive at first and toured many properties, she listened to what we were looking for and delivered. I will definitely be working with her in the future and would recommend her without hesitation!

Nini was very helpful in every single way, I had been looking for a house for a while and she reached out to me whej she thought thr market was in a good moment for my purchase and she was perfectly right. After the application was submitted the lender and other people involved in the agreement started requesting many documents. Far did I know there were so many things involved when buying a house for the first time. Luckily for me, Nini was there! She was ready to submit every single one of the things they kept asking on a daily basis, she knew where to look, where to go, how to do it, when to do it, and it was perfectly timed. She was ready for every question, every doubt the lender had, every situation that I definitely wasn't ready to deal with, she was there having my back every single time. It was a very smooth process and I never felt any pressure about nothing, I felt like I had been blessed with the help of Nini. I would recommend her every single time and I will keep working along her side for my future real state investments. Thanks Nini, you're what a great realtor should be like.
