Highly professional and efficient process
The entire staff made the sale and purchase of our homes very transparent and easy to understand. All calls answered within 24 hours or sooner. I would highly recommend them and actually have on several occasions. You cannot find better for your real estate needs

Experience and knowledge pays off.

Knowledgeable and caring!
Brent did a wonderful job for me. He listened to my concerns, made the whole process go smoothly. The showings were all done in 3 days time with an open house on Sunday. We had multiple offers and he discussed them with me. I think we picked the best option, and it was not even the highest offer. Was very willing to be at the closing with me since I have never been through this without my husband. He was always very prompt with answers when I had a question. Would defiantly use Brent again.

Out of town investor
I live out of state, so Brent was my eyes and ears on site. Brent coordinated a showing of the property with my property manager and provided me with the necessary information to decide if this was an investment I wanted to move forward with. Brent attended the inspection, closing and delivered the keys to my property manager and made sure the transaction closed on time. Brent's knowledge of the Fort Wayne market and investment real estate is exceptional, I highly recomend Brent.
