•My husband and I were looking to purchase a rental property in the Stuart area. I reached out to our local Arizona Realty One agent and asked her to find someone for us in the area. A few days later she called back with Sharon’s number. I made the first call to her and immediately we hit it off, Sharon’s friendly personality stood out to me and her knowledge was heaven sent, since we knew nothing of the Treasure Coast area. I advised her that we were planning to visit in July of 2023 and that we had no idea how soon we would be purchasing. We arrived in July and met Sharon for the first time, she didn’t disappoint, she had places for us to visit and took us out for the two days visiting all the properties. By the time we arrived home a week later she had us on an MLS link that would show us properties available, based on our desires. We watched it for a whole year. We kept in touch with Sharron and she always offered to go out to take pictures or Face Time while doing walk-throughs of a properties we were interested in. It took a year, but we purchased. It is just what we asked for. Sharron is our rock star agent but what’s more important to my husband and myself is that is she has become a true friend that we hope to have for years to come. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
My wife and I live in Arizona and have been looking at South Florida for investment opportunities for about five years. We decided on Stuart about a year ago and reached out to our local AZ agent for a referral in the area. She contacted Sharon through Realty One and made the introduction. During our vacation in July ‘23 we met Sharon, discussed our needs and the adventure began at that moment. Sharon was super patient with us and took us on several showings that week. We returned to AZ but Sharon stayed in touch, set us up on her portal and sent us listings to review. Early in ‘24 I said to my wife we need to pull the trigger and we called Sharon. From a distance she offered first class service, was willing to go look at properties for us and even face timed us for a virtual walk through. Some things fell into place on the property we were interested in and we called Sharon at 7pm AZ time 10pm FL time and we hammered out the details and wrote an offer which was accepted. Through the whole process from start to finish Sharon was on top of it. I would recommend her to anyone looking in Jensen Beach/ Stuart and surrounding areas. Thanks Sharon, you ROCK.
