From the initial meeting to the closing, Jim was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of the current market was spot on. The home inspector and appraiser he recommended were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which greatly helped with improving the condition and salability of the house. I’m always worried that I’m going to work with someone that is going to somehow screw me over. This was not the case with Jim and Chrissy. They know what they are doing and were able to handle everything for me with ease. They really know what they are doing and are very trustworthy. I recommended them to my father-in-law lol and he was able to get more for his house than he expected he could. I would definitely recommend these guys!!

I have worked with Jim over the last several years where I would call Jim and tell him of a property I was interested in. Jim has always been absolutely committed to helping me reach my goals, not only in looking at the properties in person and giving feed back of the properties, but also giving educated solutions to the issues we had in purchasing the correct property. You will not find a realtor who will work as hard or be as committed and steadfast as Jim. also, Jim has also given me his time to have several very long conversations at all hours of he day and night where he has shared his experience and knowledge in the real estate business to help guide my purchasing decisions based on what my long and short term goals are. Jim is also very well connected with other professional people that can aid in either selling or buying a house. such as contractors to repair, or mortgage professionals to get the approvals required to purchase a property or home. I am not sure how much time and gas Jim spent with me but I am sure he must have spent a ton of money on just gas as I asked him to go to the four corners of Florida LOL... Jim is and will always be my realtor as long as he will have me as a client.
