We absolutely loved Jim. He was at all times extremely professional and so helpful and informative. We never would have survived this process of selling our house without him!! If we could give him 10 stars we would. We highly recommend Jim and are so grateful we chose him. He is just the best!!

Even after we signed the contract, her dedication shone through as she diligently followed up to ensure a smooth deal progression. She remained on top of all deadlines, maintained open communication with me, the other agent, and the loan officer, and promptly delivered all information. From the initial meeting to the closing, Jim was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of the current market was spot on. The home inspector and appraiser he recommended were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which greatly helped with improving the condition and salability of the house. Jim's communications (email, text & voice) were fantastic throughout the entire process, with frequent updates and replies. He managed every step of the process with great skill and dedication. I highly recommend Jim for any of your needs, whether you are looking to sell or buy real estate.

Caitlin Russell was great handling this transaction with my parents. I am not local, so this could have been very stressful. Caitlin managed the entire process and I knew this transaction was in great hands!

Caitlin was amazing throughout the entire process. We had an issue arise with the seller’s agent that might have cost us the deal without Caitlin’s efforts to make this happen for us. We could not have been happier with her handling this for us. She was responsive, communicated all details effectively, and was readily accessible. If you’re looking for a buyer’s agent, you cannot go wrong having Caitlin on your side. If we ever do this again, we will call her first!

Caitlin was amazing and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell. Great experience overall!

I’m always worried that I’m going to work with someone that is going to somehow screw me over. This was not the case with Jim and Chrissy. They know what they are doing and were able to handle everything for me with ease. They really know what they are doing and are very trustworthy. I recommended them to my father-in-law lol and he was able to get more for his house than he expected he could. I would definitely recommend these guys!!
